Terms of Service

By accessing or using the ValaeSIM website (valaesim.com) or purchasing any eSIM plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ValaeSIM Ltd. (“ValaeSIM”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

ValaeSIM provides digital eSIM data plans for international travel. Our services include:

• Sale and delivery of eSIM QR codes via email
• Data connectivity through partner mobile networks in 190+ countries
• Customer support for eSIM installation and usage

We do not provide voice calls or SMS services unless explicitly stated in a specific plan. ValaeSIM acts as a reseller; actual connectivity is provided by our network partners.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase ValaeSIM plans. By purchasing, you confirm that you are of legal age and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

Upon successful payment, your eSIM QR code is delivered to the email address provided at checkout. You must:

• Own or have permission to use an eSIM-compatible, SIM-unlocked device
• Install the eSIM according to the instructions provided
• Use the eSIM only on the device it was installed on (eSIMs are non-transferable)

Plan validity periods begin upon first data use (not upon installation). Unused data does not roll over to new plans. Plan data speeds may be throttled after the stated data allowance in unlimited plans.

All prices are shown in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price at the time of your completed purchase is guaranteed.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. ValaeSIM does not store your payment card details. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the stated amount to your chosen payment method.

Unactivated eSIMs: If you have purchased an eSIM plan and have not yet scanned the QR code or installed the eSIM on any device, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Contact support@valaesim.com with your order reference.

Activated eSIMs: Once an eSIM QR code has been scanned and the eSIM installed on a device, the plan is considered activated and consumed. No refunds, credits, or replacements can be issued for activated eSIMs, regardless of actual data usage, except where ValaeSIM is demonstrably at fault for a technical failure.

Technical failures: If our service fails to provide connectivity due to a verified error on our end, we will issue a replacement eSIM or a full refund at our discretion. You must report the issue within 48 hours of the expected activation date.

Partial refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for partially used data or plans that have partially expired.

You agree not to use ValaeSIM services to:

• Engage in any illegal activity
• Resell or redistribute eSIM plans or data without our written authorisation
• Attempt to circumvent technical measures (e.g. tethering restrictions where prohibited)
• Use data in a way that causes harm to our networks or other users
• Create fraudulent accounts or purchase plans with stolen payment methods

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension of your account and forfeiture of any unused plan value without refund.

All content on the ValaeSIM website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — is the property of ValaeSIM Ltd. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

ValaeSIM services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in all locations
• Data speeds will meet any specific threshold at all times
• The service will be compatible with all devices or configurations

Network availability depends on our partner networks and is subject to local regulations, coverage limitations, and force majeure events.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ValaeSIM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific plan giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ValaeSIM Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ValaeSIM services at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or for operational reasons. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of unused plan value.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tirana, Albania, unless applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction grant you the right to pursue claims in local courts.

For EU consumers, EU consumer protection laws apply and are not affected by this clause.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to our website. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
